JOJA is an interior design studio run by a sibling duo.
The studio's work introduces personalised experiences of interior design and styling for each unique space.
Our vision and core is to transform spaces through exploration yet staying grounded with elegance, form, functionality and balance.
With our obsession with interiors and appreciation for design, We thoroughly enjoy the thoughtful processes of creating homes and embrace the joy found in delivering quality projects to our clients.
Our spectrum of services include consultation on developing space plans, visual sketches and rendering, fixture and furniture design, customisation of build and construction, project management and budget estimation.
JOAN
The studio principal brings twelve years of design experience from residential housing projects around Singapore.
After working with a notable design firm, she has been driven to inspire and establish her own practice by bringing this rich passion to tell more stories through her designs with utmost care and sincerity.
She personally manages every project design and build that is specific to each client and is heavily involved in by providing her professional guidance and patience throughout the whole journey.
Central to her success is the ability to be versatile and superior in aspects of interior designing, styling, visualisation, interpretation and application.
JAMES
Being a creative professional in film and design for many years, James provides trend identification and stays well ahead of the curve as he is highly creative and adaptable.
His knowledge and experience working with natural light and layout design helps transform each interior into beautiful desired aesthetics. Along with an eye for visual details, these traits and features are key for overall design excellence.
By employing his approach for functionality and aesthetics, James effectively communicates his vision, providing a distinguished service, guiding and supporting clients in the process of designing their interiors.
DESIGNERS
JOHN
John loves beautiful, intelligent design. He spent his youth in Sydney and California; this international experience inspires him while designing his projects.
Armed with a background in Photography and Fine Art Printing, he brings a trained eye to every site, seeking out the finer details in each space.
Most importantly, John believes that good design is one that answers a client’s needs – and to get there, one needs to properly understand their clients and develop a valued relationship with them. Working together, he believes in making your house a home.
LEXI
Lexi possesses a keen eye for detail, adaptability, and exceptional listening skills. She invests time in comprehending her clients' visions, demonstrating a dedicated commitment. Lexi fosters meaningful relationships with her clients, ensuring they feel heard and understood throughout the design process.
Drawing from her extensive background in set design, Lexi's resourcefulness shines through, complemented by her proficiency in imaginative sketching and software skills. Her innovative ideas further enhance her ability to transform visions into reality, making her a highly skilled and sought-after designer.
